Spent Easter at a guest house and I have to say it was quite a fun stay! the room was clean and had plenty of supplies for tea and coffee. the location was just perfect, close to the pier and other attractions. We could easily walk to most places we wanted to go. What we really loved though was the breakfast, it was delicious and always gave us a good start to the day.
The toilet wasn't working the best, and it felt like we had to always use quite a bit of force to flush. the shower also wasn't the best, it was difficult to get the water temperature right, and the water pressure wasn't sufficient.

We stayed at a guest house close to the south pier, which was convenient for us to visit the attractions. the tram stop was also just a short walk away, making it easy for us to explore the city. the street outside the guest house was lively and had a nice atmosphere, which we enjoyed. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. the service provided by the hosts was exceptional, with them going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. the breakfast included a variety of delicious options, and the hosts remembered our preferences. it was a pleasant stay.
The Wi-Fi signal in the guest house was quite weak.

The owners, Mike and Sally, were extremely welcoming and friendly, making us feel right at home. They even remembered our names, where we were from, and our plans, which was a nice personal touch. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for three adults. The shower was excellent, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was generous, with fresh coffee being served rather than instant. It was a great way to start the day.
The hotel had a secure entrance with two keys required to access the lobby, which was reassuring in terms of safety. However, it was a bit inconvenient to have to use two keys every time we wanted to enter or exit the hotel.
